Job Description
Carries out traffic and logistics functions from the United States to the offices of various clients in Central America and the Caribbean Islands. Responsible for preparing all required export documentation, verifying it, and maintaining records of all export documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative tasks: Gather and consolidate invoice and warehouse documents in PDF format.
  • Prepare Export Declarations.
  • Send information to the Freight Forwarder for product shipment to clients via air or sea.
  • Track shipments until they arrive at their destination.
  • Update and use systems for various logistical tasks and processes.
 
Requirements:
  • Bilingual (English Spanish): Fluent in speaking and writing.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Import and Export Regulations of the United States of America.
  • 2-3 years of experience in logistics tasks related to import and export.
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of SAP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Availability and willingness to travel occasionally to Central America.
