Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for effectively leading and managing the organization’s technology project portfolio within a matrix structure. This role oversees the planning, coordination, and implementation of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while monitoring progress and aligning outcomes with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technology project portfolio, ensuring compliance with timelines, scope, and budget.
  • Direct the planning, execution, and control of critical projects.
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams, fostering effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in IT project management.
  • Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Certifications: PMO, ITIL 4, Scrum Master, or Product Owner.
  • Intermediate/advanced English proficiency.
  • (Preferred) Master’s degree in Project Management.
